Warehouse continues at reduced schedule under Missouri Executive Order.

STL Masons Supply Co. remains open under Missouri Executive Order 20-04 as an essential supplier serving nonprofit fraternal organizations. Our warehouse at 11122 Olive Blvd continues to ship orders at a reduced schedule during the current public health emergency.

Adjusted operations effective this week:

• Warehouse open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00am to 3:00pm Central.
• Staff on staggered shifts, no more than three team members on the floor at a time.
• Contactless pickup available by appointment for lodges within driving distance.
• Custom jewel department fully operational via email and phone. Dana works from a dedicated bench with no shared workspace during the closure period.
• Order confirmations and shipping notifications continue by email; no changes to the order intake process.

Standard 24-hour ship turnaround is extended to 3 to 5 business days during this period. Rush orders will be accommodated on a best-effort basis.

Custom jewel orders in progress at the time of the executive order continue on standard timeline; Dana is at the bench, Bill is coordinating design proofs by phone, and Marcus is handling ship coordination between warehouse days.
