STL Masons is a family-scale operation. Everyone knows your account. When you call the phone is answered by the person actually working on your order.
Loretta took over as Managing Partner of STL Masons in 2018, having managed the day-to-day operation for the preceding six years. She oversees Grand Lodge relations, custom jewel design workflow, and the strategic direction of the company. Loretta is not herself a Mason but has worked with Missouri Grand Lodge officers on supplier authorization matters since 2012 and is a longtime member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Missouri Chapter.
Rebecca opens new lodge accounts, manages invoicing, and coordinates Grand Lodge purchase orders. She joined STL Masons in 2011 and previously managed an office at a Missouri industrial supply co. She is the point of contact for account paperwork, credit terms, and monthly statements.
Marcus manages the warehouse floor and coordinates all outbound shipments. He is the person who actually picks and packs orders, tracks UPS pickups, and handles freight for large lodge furnishing shipments. Been with STL Masons since 2015.
Bill takes phone orders, walks lodges through catalog decisions, and answers the many "what does a Junior Warden jewel look like?" questions. He has been a Mason for 32 years and knows every officer symbol without looking it up.
Kevin manages the books, files tax paperwork, and handles tax-exempt certificate collection from lodges. He also manages our Missouri sales tax filings and 990 supporting documents where lodges are tax-exempt organizations.
Dana handles the custom jewel design process from initial consultation through fabrication oversight. She is the person who sends design proof PDFs and coordinates with our engraving partners. Trained in jewelry design at Kansas City Art Institute.
Steve manages the flow of custom orders from initial quote through delivery. He is the person who tracks Past Master jewel projects, presentation jewel orders, and specialty regalia. Been with the company since 2019.
