1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, requesting a quote, purchasing products, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Use of Website

You may browse the site and submit inquiries or orders for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Scrape, harvest, or copy site content for commercial redistribution
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form
• Use automated tools to submit forms or generate load on the site
• Interfere with security or normal site operation

3. Intellectual Property

Our website content, product photography, and branding are the property of STL Masons Supply Co., LLC or used under license.

• The STL Masons wordmark and design elements are our trademark
• Names and insignia of specific Grand Lodges are the property of their respective jurisdictions
• Traditional Masonic symbols (square-and-compasses, working tools, officer jewels) are in the public domain

4. Product Information and Quotes

• Product descriptions are provided in good faith. Specifications, dimensions, and materials may vary slightly by production lot.
• Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.
• All orders are subject to a valid lodge account or a prepaid credit card transaction.
• Payment terms: Net 30 for approved accounts (three completed prepaid orders required). Grand Lodge accounts may qualify for Net 60.
• Custom jewel orders require 50% deposit at order confirmation and 50% at ship.
• Missouri sales tax is charged unless the lodge provides a current tax-exempt certificate on file.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Standard shipping is UPS Ground. Large orders and lodge furnishings ship via LTL freight.
• Expedited shipping is available at additional cost on request.
• Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon carrier pickup.
• Damaged shipments must be reported to the carrier and to STL Masons within five (5) business days of delivery.

6. Returns and Exchanges

• Regalia sizing exchanges: 30 days from delivery, unworn condition, in original packaging.
• Custom items: non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
• Books: 14 days from delivery, unopened, in resaleable condition.
• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Products are warranted for 90 days from delivery against defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by law.

Your sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty is repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price of the specific item at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, our products, or our services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount paid by you for the specific order in question.

9. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for delay or failure in performance (other than payment obligations) resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, epidemic or pandemic, government action, embargo, labor strike or shortage, natural disaster, or utility or communications failure. The affected party will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume performance.

11. Assignment

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with any signed order documents or contracts between us, constitute the entire agreement between you and STL Masons Supply Co., LLC regarding the subject matter above.

14. Contact
